Stress Management with a Metacognitive Approach

Stress management is beneficial for everyone. We all go through periods in life when we feel under pressure. It might be due to a major life transition or a particular work task taking up more of your time than usual.​

​This is perfectly natural and not necessarily a cause for concern. However, if it persists for too long, it can lead to stress symptoms and, in the worst-case scenario, a stress-related leave from work.

Through our online stress management program, we aim to help you address these challenges. We focus on making you aware of the metacognitive beliefs that can, over time, manifest as constant rumination and worry. By understanding this and practicing how to let go of these worries, you can ensure that stress doesn’t take control.
