I graduated as a psychologist from the University of Copenhagen in 2016 and obtained my authorization in 2019 after several years of supervision and therapeutic experience.
Since I find it crucial to stay updated within my field, I have completed a two-year specialist training in cognitive therapy and later a two-year certification program in metacognitive therapy. Metacognitive therapy is my preferred therapeutic method and the foundation of my work as a senior psychologist here at CEKTOS.
My experience includes both individual and group-based therapy with children, adolescents, and adults. I have particular expertise in treating anxiety, depression, and OCD, as well as general psychological issues such as stress, self-esteem challenges, and sleep problems. Additionally, I also work with clients dealing with eating disorders.
